Spring spills over along the Liangma River. Bulgari Hotel Beijing, in collaboration with Bulgari Fragrance, draws inspiration from the Imperial Tea fragrance to launch a limited-time spring poetic tea gathering.

Michelin-starred Chef Niko Romito skillfully infuses the essence of the fragrance into every bite, creating an Italian luxury experience that can be tasted, smelled, and savored.

This afternoon tea features the Almond Panna Cotta with Orange Sorbet and Citrus as the limited-edition centerpiece, perfectly recreating the alluring layers of the Imperial Tea fragrance. Robust black tea notes meet silky almond cream, while Sicilian citrus sorbet brings a bright, fresh touch.

Accompanied by candied orange peel, fresh grapefruit, orange segments, and lime, the interplay of sweet and tart offers a single bite that captures Italian elegance and tea-scented refinement — letting dessert and fragrance resonate in perfect harmony.

The sweet-and-savory sequence showcases the exquisite craftsmanship of Italian pastries: Italian Vanilla Cigarette Puff – light, crispy, and richly buttery; Seasonal Fruit Custard Tart – smooth and delicate, bursting with fresh fruit sweetness; Mimosa Cake – soft as a cloud, melting on the tongue; Chocolate Almond Cake – deep, rich, with a lingering nutty aroma; White Chocolate Salted Caramel Mille-Feuille – distinct layers with a perfect sweet-salty balance; Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse Ball – silky, with a caramel core and slow-releasing sweetness.

The savory selections feature premium ingredients: Doughnut with Buffalo Mozzarella, Italian Ham, and Basil – savory and full-bodied; Milk Bread with Sea Bass and Osetra Caviar – sumptuous and luxurious; Botan Shrimp & Avocado Tartlet – refreshing, smooth, and light in texture; Milk-Fed Veal with Tuna Sauce – rich, layered, and deeply flavorful.
